In the framework of mathematical modelling, we examine a self-governed collective whose members create aggregate income through individual effort, which is then distributed between per pre-negotiated relative shares. Each agent’s seeking maximum gain leads into non-efficient Nash equilibrium. To achieve equilibrium in Pareto-preferable outcome, coordination efforts required. our article, certain united by coalition based on mutual trust coordinate their efforts. We show that under coalitional strategy aimed at maximizing gain, gains are increased across collective. However, for each non-cooperated agent set share still acts as limiting factor choice invested effort. increase its further, offers noncooperated contract whereby foregoes benefit coalition, exchange reward As takes effect, organization undergoes fundamental change consisting transformation individuals with equal rights hierarchical economic organization. offer models describing such organizational stage forming and subsequent implementation.
